All co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and outstanding account balances are collected at the time of service. Our administrative staff will contact you prior to your appointment if your projected cost is more than $100 based on the information available to us from your insurance company. Please be advised this is only a projection and a courtesy. The final cost and patient responsibility is determined by your insurance company once they receive and process the claim.
